Q. What is a “Philips Value Added Partner”?
A. A Philips Value Added Partner is the highest possible certification that anyone can hold for the Philips Dynalite System, ensuring you are dealing with someone that has the skills and experience to provide you with the right service.
Q. What is a “Dynalite Dimension Dealer”?
A. Dynalite Dimension Dealers have been trained mainly to cater for the residential market, which can differ a lot from larger commercial projects. As a Value Added Partner Smartscape trains, certifies and supplies product to Dimension Dealers. Contact us if you are interested in becoming a Dimension Dealer.
Q. Are your technicians electrically qualified to carry out service work?
A. Yes absolutely, all our technicians have the appropriate electrical qualifications and licenses to carry out repairs and replacements as are required. Be aware of companies that do not have these qualifications as they will either be carrying out the work illegally or will require an electrician to be onsite at the the same time which will add to the overall cost of the service.
Q. Do you use third party contractors?
A. No, we have a full team of technicians on staff to service your projects as well as a full team of in house engineers and admin staff to support you with any of your requirements.
Q. Do you service residential projects?
A. We can provide service for both Residential and Commercial Dynalite installations and can also recommend a Dimension Dealer for Residential projects if required.
Q. I have an old Dynalite installation, can it be upgraded with new equipment?
A. Yes absolutely, most new Dynalite hardware will still work with old equipment, if you would like to upgrade we can come to do an audit and give you the most cost effective solution to meet your goals.
