High quality presence detector from Niko (previously known as Servodan). The 41-700 is an excellent sensor for large areas, like classrooms, open plan offices, board rooms and etc.

The sensor uses a triple element detector arrangement for a large coverage pattern while being exceptionally good at detecting small movements (desktop motion).
