ARCLED Dual Bend LED Flex Kits delivers ultimate installation flexibility while achieving a refined, high-impact lighting result for architectural and decorative applications.

Designed with a robust 16 × 16 mm profile, this high-output flex provides smooth, uniform illumination—ideal for continuous lines of light in coves, façades, joinery, signage, and feature lighting.

Unlike traditional single-bend LED flex, Dual Bend technology allows bending both vertically and horizontally, eliminating the need to choose between side-bend or top-bend products. The result is faster installation, fewer product variations, and greater design freedom on site.

Supplied in pre-cut lengths with factory-installed tails on both ends, ARCLED Dual Bend Flex can be cut precisely to size on site. Each pack includes end caps and adhesive for clean, professional finishing.
Need two 500 mm sections? Simply cut a 1 m length in half—everything required is included.

Kits Include:

  • Each Kit includes either a 2 or 5mtr piece of flex (based on your selection) that has a pre moulded 300mm tail on each end, this allows you to cut the length into two to suit your required lengths for the project
  • 2 x end caps and glue to seal cut ends
  • 2 mounting clips per mtr (extra mounting clips are available on request)

 

Fixed CCT White Options

2700k, 3000k, 4000k are our standard stocked colours other fixed colours are available to order.

Tuneable White Options

The Tuneable White (TW) version offers full CCT control from 2700 K to 6500 K when used with compatible control systems such as DALI or DMX drivers or can be used without a control system to produce a fixed CCT as below:

  • Connect one channel for 2700 K or 6500 K

  • Connect both channels simultaneously for approximately 4000 K

Tuneable white provides the ultimate flexibility when used with a control system allowing full control not only of the brightness but also the colour temperature.

Cutting Increments

  • RGBW: cuttable every 62.5 mm

  • Tuneable White: free-cuttable at any point

For optimal performance and system compatibility, pair with LumiLink power supplies and DALI or DMX drivers.

CUSTOM pre cut and terminated lengths are also available for order.

ARCLED DUAL BEND LED FLEX

 

 

  • Flexible dual-bend supports both top-bend and side-bend
  • Provided with 300mm tails on both ends so installer can cut into two usable sections without the need to solder new connections.
  • Wire feeds are straight entry as standard, side and bottom entry are available on request (lead times apply)
  • RGBW, TW(2700-6500k) and 2700K, 3000K & 4000K usually kept in stock, other combinations available on request
  • Uniform, dot-free, high output with 14W/mtr and upto 900lm/mtr @4000k (RGBW is 19W/mtr)
  • IP67 for indoor or outdoor usage, end cap provided to re seal cut ends (IP integrity is based on factory sealed ends)
  • Dimmable with PWM signal from compatible driver (see LumiLink DALI & DMX drivers).
  • 24VDC (pair LumiLink Powersupplies)
  • 50,000h long lifespan, 5 years warranty, for indoor usage, 3 years warranty, for outdoor usage.
