Mayes Canal Footbridge DMX Lighting Control Project
Project Description
For the Mayes Canal Footbridge, Smartscape designed and delivered a comprehensive DMX control system to enable fast, dynamic scene changes and a striking visual result across the installation.
The system was built around a central DMX control architecture with a dedicated DMX player, multiple DMX splitters, and distributed DIN DMX/CV drivers controlling the various LED lighting elements throughout the project. This provided both the flexibility required for complex scene control and the network robustness needed for dependable long-term operation in an architectural environment.
Smartscape supplied the control hardware and carried out commissioning to ensure the system performed as intended and delivered the exact outcome required by the client. The finished installation provides a reliable, coordinated, and visually impactful lighting result that brings the bridge to life.
